A chamber I, a chamber II and a chamber III are arranged along the circumference, a second injection mechanism and a third injection mechanism are arranged at the bottom of the exterior of a vehicle body, a first injection mechanism is arranged below a cab, and two sweeping mechanisms and a dust collection mechanism are arranged at the bottom of the exterior of the vehicle body. Wherein the dust collection mechanism is located behind the sweeping mechanisms, and a heating mechanism is arranged at the bottom outside the vehicle body and located between the two sweeping mechanisms. A trimming mechanism is further arranged below the cab and located behind the first spraying mechanism. According to the vehicle-mounted pavement maintenance comprehensive device, the width of the spraying mechanism can be adjusted, meanwhile, small cracks can be repaired, when protruding edges appear on a pavement, the protruding edges can be leveled and compacted, then asphalt spraying is conducted, the protruding edges can be maintained within a short time, and the maintenance efficiency is improved. Large-area damage to the road is prevented, the maintenance cost is reduced, and the service life of the road is prolonged.
本发明公开一种车载路面养护综合装置及方法,腔室Ⅰ、腔室Ⅱ和腔室Ⅲ沿圆周设置,车体外部底部分别设置有第二喷射机构和第三喷射机构,驾驶室下方设置有第一喷射机构,车体外部底部设置有两个清扫机构和吸尘机构,其中吸尘机构位于清扫机构后方,车体外部底部设置有加热机构,加热机构位于两个清扫机构之间;驾驶室下方还设置有修整机构,修整机构位于第一喷射机构后方;本发明公开的车载路面养护综合装置不仅可以使得喷洒机构的宽度可调整,同时还可以对较小裂缝进行修补,再者当路面上出现凸楞时,还可以将其铲平压实,进而再进行沥青喷涂,可以在短时间内对凸楞进行养护,防止公路出现大面积损坏,降低维修成本,且提高公路使用寿命。
