According to the method, one-time rotation beam falling and bridge forming can be achieved, the problem that operation and safety of structures under the bridge are affected by cast-in-place closure section construction can be solved, many problems of post-pouring side span support padstones or capping beams can be solved, and the method can be suitable for rotation design and construction of most T-structure bridges under the general condition.
本发明提供了一种无边跨现浇合龙段T构桥转体施工方法,包括如下步骤:转体前,制造长度与成桥长度相等的转体梁,并根据边墩支座顶升的梁端上挠值以及梁底高程数据,结合主墩位置转体梁底的设计高程,计算边墩处支座垫石顶的实际高程,由此浇筑边墩支座垫石;然后进行转体梁转体施工,转体完成后,转体梁落梁至边墩支座和主墩体系转换临时垫石上,再进行墩梁封固。该发明可以一次转体落梁成桥,既可以解决现浇合龙段施工对桥下构筑物的运营及安全影响问题,又可以解决后浇边跨支座垫石或者盖梁的诸多问题,可以适用于一般情况下的大多数T构桥转体设计和施工。
