The invention provides a side-span-free cast-in-place closure section continuous beam bridge rotation construction method which comprises the following steps: before rotation, manufacturing a rotation beam with the length equal to that of a finished bridge, and according to a beam end upwarp value jacked by a side pier support and beam bottom elevation data, in combination with a design elevation of a support padstone top at a main pier position, constructing a side-span-free cast-in-place closure section; calculating the actual elevation of the top of the support pad stone at the abutment pier, and pouring the abutment pier support pad stone; and then rotation construction of the rotation beam is conducted, and after rotation is completed, the rotation beam falls onto the permanent supports of the side piers and the main piers. According to the invention, the swivel beam is not provided with a cast-in-place closure section, so that the influence of side span cast-in-place section construction on the operation and safety of existing railways, highways and other structures under the bridge is avoided, and the construction procedures of the bridge after swivel are reduced; meanwhile, construction of the abutment pier support cushion stone can be completed before rotation, beam falling and bridge forming are directly conducted after rotation, and the problems that operation is difficult, the construction quality is difficult to guarantee, and the error between the support counter force and the design value is large when the support cushion stone is constructed after rotation are solved.
本发明提供了一种无边跨现浇合龙段连续梁桥转体施工方法,包括如下步骤:转体前,制造长度与成桥长度相等的转体梁,并根据边墩支座顶升的梁端上挠值以及梁底高程数据,结合主墩位置支座垫石顶的设计高程,计算边墩处支座垫石顶的实际高程,由此浇筑边墩支座垫石;然后进行转体梁转体施工,转体完成后,转体梁落梁至边墩和主墩永久支座上。该发明可以使转体梁不设现浇合龙段,避免了边跨现浇段施工对桥下既有铁路、公路等构筑物的运营和安全的影响,也减少了转体后桥梁的施工工序;同时转体前即可完成边墩支座垫石的施工,转体后直接落梁成桥,避免了转体后进行支座垫石施工,操作困难、施工质量难以保证、支座反力与设计值误差较大等问题。
