The embodiment of the invention provides a drainage device and a cable trench drainage system, and relates to the field of electrical rooms. The drainage device comprises a water pumping part, a floating part, a detection part and a controller, wherein the water pumping part is used for pumping accumulated water in the cable trench, so that the accumulated water in the cable trench is discharged, and the situation that the air humidity is too high due to excessive accumulated water is prevented. The floating part is located on the liquid level of accumulated water in the cable trench, the detection part comprises a guide rod and a detection switch, the detection switch is arranged on the guide rod and used for detecting the position of the floating part, and the controller communicates with the water pumping part and the detection switch at the same time. According to the drainage device, the guide rod is arranged to position and fix the detection switch, so that the position of the detection switch is not prone to deflection, inaccurate liquid level judgment is avoided, and influence of liquid level misjudgment on normal operation of an electrical room is prevented. The cable trench drainage system comprises the drainage device and has all functions of the drainage device.
