The invention discloses a steel-concrete beam, a manufacturing method, a mounting node of the steel-concrete beam and a node construction method, and solves the problems that an existing steel-concrete frame beam is large in self weight, and assembly type construction cannot be implemented. The reinforced concrete beam can also be called as a steel box beam or a steel box concrete beam, the beam structure comprises two major combination elements, namely a steel box and a concrete shell, the steel box is of a hollow structure composed of a main body section and a mounting section, and the steel box is filled with a light foaming material; and waist bars, stirrups and straight bars are arranged in the concrete shell. According to the technology, the outer shell of the steel-concrete structure wraps the periphery of the steel box, the inner cavity is filled with the foaming body, and therefore the inner surface and the outer surface of the steel box do not need to be independently subjected to anti-corrosion treatment, and the purpose of reducing the self weight is achieved.
本发明公开了一种钢混梁、制造方法及其安装节点、节点施工方法,解决现有的钢混框架梁本身自重大、且不能实施装配式施工的问题。钢混梁,亦可被称之为钢箱梁或者钢箱混凝土梁,该梁结构包括钢箱和混凝土外壳两大组合要素,其中,所述钢箱是由主体段和安装段组成的中空结构的,内部填充轻质发泡材料;并在该混凝土外壳中设置腰筋、箍筋和直筋。本技术钢箱的外围包覆钢混结构的外壳,以及在内腔内填充发泡体,因此不需要单独的对钢箱内外表面进行防腐处理,并实现了降低自重的目标。
