The invention discloses an adjustable opposite-penetrating type embedded part which comprises a lug seat, an embedded part embedded in concrete and an anchoring plate. The embedded part comprises a bottom plate and a screw vertically mounted on the bottom plate; the screw rod is a hollow rod provided with an internal thread, and the internal thread extends and penetrates through the bottom plate; the lug seat is connected with the embedded part through a first bolt; and the anchoring plate is connected with the embedded part through a second bolt. The device can be mounted and dismounted as required, and has flexibility and practicability; the structure is simple, the strength is reliable, and the risk in the large-tonnage high-altitude installation process is greatly reduced.
