The invention relates to the technical field of building materials, and discloses an anti-efflorescence caulking compound based on glass powder. The high-strength concrete is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by mass: 2-9 parts of waste glass powder, 40-60 parts of a cementing material, 0.5-1.5 parts of an organic silicon water repellent, 0-0.5 part of a water reducing agent, 0.25-1 part of redispersible rubber powder, 0-0.2 part of cellulose ether, 0-0.5 part of zinc stearate, 0.01-0.05 part of a defoaming agent and 40-60 parts of fine aggregate. The saltpetering-preventing caulking compound based on the glass powder not only can prevent primary saltpetering, but also can prevent secondary saltpetering, really achieves long-term saltpetering prevention, is in a dormant state without water, acts once water permeates into the caulking compound, adsorbs alkaline ions to form a product, achieves a permanent alkali fixation effect, and meanwhile, enables the whole material to have hydrophobicity, so that the caulking compound has a good alkali fixation effect. The anti-permeability performance is improved, the construction is convenient, and the cost is low.
本发明涉及建筑材料技术领域,公开了一种基于玻璃粉的防泛碱嵌缝胶,由如下质量份比例的原料制成:废弃玻璃粉2‑9份、胶凝材料40‑60份、有机硅憎水剂0.5‑1.5份、减水剂0‑0.5份、可再分散胶粉0.25‑1份、纤维素醚0‑0.2份、硬脂酸锌0‑0.5份、消泡剂0.01‑0.05份以及细骨料40‑60份。该基于玻璃粉的防泛碱嵌缝胶,不但可以防止初次泛碱,还能防止二次泛碱,真正意义上做到长期防泛碱,在无水时处于蛰伏状态,一有水渗入即发生作用,吸附碱性离子形成产物,达到永久固碱效果,同时使材料整体具备了憎水性,提高了抗渗性能,并且施工方便,成本低。
