The invention relates to the technical field of building materials, and discloses a composition for preparing a geopolymer-based UHPC decorative plate, the geopolymer UHPC decorative plate and a preparation method and application of the geopolymer UHPC decorative plate. The composition contains the following components which are stored independently or stored in a mixed manner: a cementing material, an alkali activator, an organic polymer emulsion and quartz sand. The geopolymer-based UHPC decorative plate provided by the invention is higher in bending resistance and bending resistance, lower in compression-bending ratio, low in brittleness and capable of reducing damage; particularly, the geopolymer-based UHPC decorative plate provided by the invention is high in whiteness and stable in color and luster, and can better meet the application of the geopolymer-based UHPC decorative plate in building materials.
