The invention provides a decorative UHPC functional component which comprises a first UHPC board and a second UHPC board, a buffer component is arranged between the first UHPC board and the second UHPC board, mounting boxes are arranged at the upper end and the lower end of the buffer component respectively, mounting boards are fixedly connected into ports, away from each other, of the two mounting boxes respectively, and the mounting boards are fixedly connected with the buffer component. Lifting columns are slidably connected to the two mounting plates respectively, a driving ring is fixedly connected to each lifting column, a rotating ring which sleeves the corresponding lifting column is rotatably connected to each mounting box, and a bearing ring located above the rotating ring is fixedly connected to the interior of each mounting box; each bearing ring is slidably connected with a sliding long plate in threaded fit with the corresponding rotating ring. When the lifting device is used, the lifting column can be limited through cooperative use of the pushing plate, the vertical rod, the inclined rod, the tension spring and the pushing rod, and meanwhile, the stability of the lifting column is further improved through cooperation of the action of the round pipe, the tooth end and the sliding rack.
