The visible light photocatalyst in the spraying raw materials is narrow in band gap, energy needed by electron transition is lower, efficient photocatalytic reaction can be achieved under the visible light condition, and the catalytic efficiency is higher. The fluorescent sand in the raw materials of the surface layer emits light at night, continuous photocatalytic reaction can still be carried out, and the working time of the photocatalytic pavement brick is prolonged. Meanwhile, the spraying raw material is sprayed to the green brick in a spraying manner, so that the visible light photocatalyst is uniformly dispersed in the surface and pores of the green brick, and part of the visible light photocatalyst is embedded into the cement which is not finally set in the green brick, so that a crystal nucleus effect can be achieved, hydration of the cement on the surface layer of the green brick can be promoted, and the surface of the photocatalytic pavement brick is more compact; by using the concrete curing agent, the surface strength of the photocatalytic pavement brick can be further enhanced, the wear resistance of the photocatalytic pavement brick is improved, and the service life is prolonged.
本发明属于路面砖技术领域,提供了一种可持续净化空气的光催化路面砖及其制备方法。本发明喷涂原料中的可见光光催化剂带隙窄,电子跃迁所需能量更低,在可见光条件下可实现高效的光催化反应,催化效率更高。本发明在夜间依靠面层原料中的荧光砂发光,依然可进行持续的光催化反应,延长了光催化路面砖的工作时间。同时,本发明的喷涂原料通过喷涂的方式喷涂到砖坯上,使可见光光催化剂均匀分散在砖坯的表面及孔隙中,部分可见光光催化剂嵌入砖坯中未终凝的水泥中,可起到晶核作用,可促进砖坯表层水泥水化,使光催化路面砖表面更致密;混凝土固化剂的使用可进一步增强光催化路面砖表面的强度,提高光催化路面砖的抗磨性能,延长使用寿命。
