Concrete pavement brick and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to a concrete pavement brick and a preparation method thereof. The concrete pavement brick is prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by mass: 18 to 26 weight percent of cement, 4 to 8 weight percent of a straw ash reinforcing agent, 40 to 50 weight percent of natural quartz river sand, 4 to 8 weight percent of straw residue fine aggregate, 30 to 40 weight percent of stone and 10 to 15 weight percent of water. According to the preparation method, solid waste straw ash and carbide slag are used for preparing the reinforcing agent for the pavement brick, theuse amount of cement in the pavement brick can be reduced, straw slag discharged by a biomass power plant is used as fine aggregate to replace part of natural quartz sand, and the use amount of the natural quartz sand in the pavement brick can be reduced. Solid waste straw ash, carbide slag and straw slag are added into the pavement brick, so that the consumption of cement and natural quartz sandis reduced, and the environment is protected. Meanwhile, a new field is opened up for bulk consumption of the three solid wastes, and the resource utilization rate of the solid wastes is remarkably increased.
本发明涉及一种混凝土路面砖及其制备方法,所述混凝土路面砖由以下质量百分比的原料组成:水泥18‑26wt%、秸秆灰增强剂4‑8wt%、天然石英河砂40‑50wt%、秸秆渣细骨料4‑8wt%、石子30‑40wt%、水10‑15wt%组成。该产品利用固体废弃物秸秆灰与电石渣制备增强剂用于路面砖中,可减少路面砖中水泥的用量,利用生物质电厂排放的秸秆渣为细骨料替代部分天然石英砂,可以减少路面砖中天然石英砂的用量。本产品路面砖中添加了固体废弃物秸秆灰、电石渣、秸秆渣,减少水泥、天然石英砂的用量,保护了环境。同时对上述三种固体废弃物的大宗消纳开辟了新领域,显著提高固体废弃物的资源化利用率。
