The invention discloses anti-cracking and anti-seepage concrete. The anti-cracking and anti-seepage concrete is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by mass: 112 kilograms to 210 kilograms of Portland cement, 320 kilograms to 550 kilograms of an expanding agent, 0.15 kilogram to 0.85 kilogram of cellulose, 5 kilograms to 8 kilograms of a water reducing agent, 4 kilograms to 10 kilograms of triethanolamine, 20 kilograms to 40 kilograms of redispersible latex powder, 1.2 kilograms to 3.2 kilograms of quick-drying lithium carbonate and 50 kilograms to 80 kilograms of silica fume. According to the anti-cracking and anti-seepage concrete disclosed by the invention, by adding the redispersible latex powder, the quick-drying lithium carbonate and other components, the anti-cracking effect of the concrete can be effectively achieved, the generation and expansion of cracks can be delayed, the cracks can be reduced and refined, and the compactness of a concrete matrix is greatly improved; the impermeability, the freezing resistance and the harmful medium erosion resistance of the concrete are greatly improved.
