The invention discloses anti-cracking and anti-seepage concrete, and particularly relates to the field of concrete, the anti-cracking and anti-seepage concrete comprises the following raw materials by weight: 200-300 parts of Portland cement, 780-920 parts of mixed stone, 560-840 parts of filling powder aggregate, 1-1.5 parts of a waterproof sealant, 0.7-1.4 parts of modified fiber, and the balance of water, the mixed stone material is prepared from the following components in percentage by weight: 40 to 50 weight percent of broken stone and 50 to 60 weight percent of broken concrete blocks. On one hand, waste materials can be reused, the building construction cost can be reduced, water soaking operation is conducted before use, on the other hand, the water absorption capacity of glass and mica is weaker than that of sand, the thermal expansion coefficient of glass and mica is small, and therefore the situation that a concrete body cracks due to shrinkage is effectively avoided; the modified fibers are added, and the flaky monomers are extremely easily dispersed into fiber monofilaments under the action of soaking of water and friction force of a stirrer, so that the anti-cracking effect is achieved, and the mechanical property, freeze-thaw resistance and impermeability of the concrete are further effectively improved.
