Calcination-free desulfurized gypsum dry-mixed mortar and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses calcination-free desulfurized gypsum dry-mixed mortar which is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight at normal temperature: 10-13 parts of calcination-free desulfurized gypsum; 7-17 parts of a concrete cementing material; 40 to 75 parts of concrete coarse aggregate; 2-6 parts of an exciting agent; 0.5 to 1 part of a modifier; 0.07 to 0.1 part of a water retaining agent; 0.1-1 part of a water repellent agent; 0.3 to 0.5 part of an anti-cracking agent; 20 to 26 parts of fine aggregate; 3-5 parts of a solid phase binder; the calcination-free desulfurized gypsum and the concrete cementing material are adopted as main materials, and a solid-phase binder high polymer is added, so that the performance of a final product is improved, the effects of heat preservation, heat insulation, aging resistance and high and low temperature resistance of the mortar are enhanced, the product quality is ensured, and the mortar is suitable for being widely popularized; a mixture of polyvinyl alcohol, copper sulfate powder, powder asphalt and a naphthalene water reducer is adopted as a modifier, polyvinyl alcohol has the effects of setting control and water retention, the powder asphalt can improve the waterproof performance of the material, and the naphthalene water reducer can reduce the water consumption and improve the compressive strength and the breaking strength.
