The invention relates to a calcination-free desulfurized gypsum building block, which is prepared from the following raw materials by weight: 50-60 parts of dihydrate desulfurized gypsum; 10 to 15 parts of fly ash; 5-10 parts of slag powder; 10 to 15 parts of cement; 4-6 parts of quick lime; 1-3 parts of a coagulant composition; 1-5 parts of an external additive; 20 to 30 parts of water; 30 to 40 parts of modified recycled aggregate; the modified recycled aggregate is obtained by modifying a recycled aggregate raw material through the following steps: S1, taking a water-based permeable crystalline material DPS solution, adding water to dilute the solution into a solution with the concentration of 60-70%, then mixing the solution with the recycled aggregate raw material according to the weight ratio of (4-6): 1, taking out the mixture after 3-5 hours, and curing the mixture in a curing room for 12-18 hours to obtain an intermediate product; s2, soaking the intermediate product in a saturated sodium silicate solution, taking out after 3-5 hours, and drying to obtain the modified recycled aggregate. The calcination-free desulfurized gypsum building block obtained by the invention keeps relatively excellent application stability in an environment with relatively high humidity.
