A moving mechanism comprises a main frame table, a feeding structure and a mold structure are arranged on the main frame table, the mold structure comprises a material inlet and a material outlet, the material inlet is detachably connected with a discharging opening of the feeding structure, the material outlet is detachably connected with one end of a discharging plate, and the other end of the discharging plate is detachably connected with a conveying mechanism. The other end of the discharging plate makes contact with the ground, and materials enter the mold structure through the feeding structure and are located on the ground through the discharging plate. According to the device, the labor intensity of workers is effectively reduced, the density, strength and flatness of the colored water-permeable integral pavement are ensured, water-permeable holes of the colored water-permeable integral pavement are opened, and the water-permeable efficiency of the colored water-permeable integral pavement and the fusion rate of the colored water-permeable integral pavement and a ground base layer can be ensured.
