Intelligent spraying maintenance system for bridge hollow pier column
The invention discloses an intelligent spraying maintenance system for a bridge hollow pier column. The intelligent spraying maintenance system comprises a monitoring device, a spraying device, a control device and a communication device. The system is characterized in that an AI color difference probe is adopted to monitor the surface humidity of pier column concrete, a matched sensor is used for automatically collecting real-time data and transmitting the real-time data back to a control device, a controller analyzes whether spraying is started or not, a water pressure self-rotating type energy-saving spraying head is adopted in a spraying system, and curing operation is completed in an efficient and energy-saving mode; meanwhile, the system has a manual and automatic switching function, can be controlled through a remote PC terminal and a mobile phone APP, and is simple and convenient to operate. The whole system can better enable the humidity of the concrete surface of the pier stud to meet the requirement of concrete curing, avoids the problem of water shortage in the concrete hardening process, ensures that the concrete is fully wetted within a certain time, meets the cement hydration requirement, and achieves the purpose that the concrete keeps proper internal and external temperature difference adjustment under different temperature environment conditions. The early strength and the curing quality of the concrete are improved, and shrinkage cracks of the concrete are prevented.
