Intelligent control maintenance device for highway bridge pier column
The invention discloses an expressway bridge pier column intelligent control curing device which is characterized by comprising a curing template plate, spraying device units, temperature and humidity sensors, a water supply device and a controller, and each curing template plate is provided with the spraying device unit and at least one temperature and humidity sensor; after a bridge pier column is surrounded by the multiple maintenance formwork pieces in a combined mode, the main water pipes of the spraying devices on the maintenance formwork pieces from bottom to top are connected together in series to form one or more main water pipes connected in series, and then the main water pipes are connected with a water pump of the water supply device to supply water to the spraying device units. The nozzles of all the spraying device units form a plurality of spraying rings around the bridge pier column and are used for spraying water to the pier column; the controller is a two-bus monitoring host and is connected with all the temperature and humidity sensors through two buses. The bridge pier and abutment maintenance process is intelligently controlled in real time, and automation and intellectualization of the pier column concrete maintenance technology are achieved.
