The invention discloses a method for setting a fatigue awakening section of an extra-long highway tunnel in the technical field of highway tunnels, which comprises the following steps of: S1, acquiring hobbies: acquiring the fatigue generation condition of a driver and the hobbies of a fatigue relieving mode by utilizing the Internet, and setting a fatigue relieving structure according to the hobbies and research science; s2, arranging an entrance: arranging a photosensitive sensor and a camera at the entrance of the tunnel; s3, middle section arrangement: firstly, basic fatigue relieving belts are arranged, fatigue relieving lamp belts are arranged between the adjacent basic fatigue relieving belts, and music belts are arranged on the tunnel ground; wherein the basic fatigue relieving belt is used for adjusting light in the tunnel to be attached to the external illumination intensity of the tunnel; the on-off of the fatigue relieving lamp strip is adjusted according to the distance, shot by the camera, between the vehicles entering the tunnel. S4, setting an exit: adjusting the brightness of the light at the exit to fit the brightness of the external space of the tunnel. The method is simple and easy to operate, and the reminding effect is enhanced while the reminding time is prolonged through diversified reminding modes.
