A self-rotating anti-collision type traffic command stand belongs to the technical field of traffic and comprises a circular base station, a circular platform and a circular bottom plate, the height of the circular platform is twice that of the circular base station, a circular through hole is formed in the middle of the circular base station, the circular platform is inserted into the circular through hole of the circular base station, and the circular bottom plate is arranged on the circular base station. The bottom surface of the circular platform is fixed on the circular bottom plate, and the bottom surface of the circular base station is placed on the circular bottom plate; a steel ring roller is installed between the circular base table and the circular platform and comprises a first steel ring, a second steel ring and a steel column chain frame. The steel column chain frame is formed by movably sleeving a plurality of circular steel columns on two annular chain frames; the steel column chain frame is mounted in a cavity formed by sleeving a first steel ring groove and a second steel ring groove to form a steel ring roller; the command set has the advantages that when the command set is collided by a vehicle, the circular base table can rotate around the circular platform, so that the collision direction is changed, the collision force is decomposed, and the anti-collision effect is achieved.
