The invention discloses a traffic anti-collision guardrail, and belongs to the field of traffic safety facilities. The traffic anti-collision guardrail comprises a stand column (9), an M-shaped steelplate (7), an anti-collision assembly (1) and a buffer piece (8), the buffer piece (8) is a hollow steel pipe, one side of the buffer piece (8) is connected with the outer wall of the stand column (9), the opposite back side is connected with the middle bent position of the M-shaped steel plate (7), and the anti-collision assembly (1) is connected with the side wall, far away from the buffer piece(8), of the M-shaped steel plate (7). Impact buffing effect is achieved through the anti-collision assembly (1), the buffer piece (8) and the original M-shaped steel plate (7), harm to a human body on a vehicle can be reduced, and meanwhile the vehicle can be prevented from rushing out of the guardrail. Actually, the whole traffic anti-collision guardrail can be manufactured and placed on a road,and only the anti-collision assembly (1) and the buffer piece (8) can be manufactured and installed on an existing safety fence. The problem that people in the vehicle are seriously injured due to the fact that the vehicle is out of control and collides with the guardrail and rushes out of the guardrail is solved.
