Multifunctional factory building
The invention discloses a multifunctional factory building which comprises a plurality of steel frame fixing mechanisms and a roof plate matched with the tops of the steel frame fixing mechanisms, and is characterized in that each steel frame fixing mechanism comprises a base at the bottom, a supporting frame is arranged on the vertical portion of the base, and a top frame is arranged on the upper portion of the supporting frame; a ventilation opening is formed in the top frame and connected with a ventilation pipeline in the supporting frame. A lifting transportation platform is arranged on the side portion of the supporting frame, an air pipe is arranged at the bottom of the lifting transportation platform, one end of the air pipe is connected with an air blowing system at the bottom of the lifting transportation platform, and the other end of the air pipe is connected with an air outlet in the supporting frame. The air pipe is of a telescopic structure and is connected with the air outlet in a telescopic mode. The lifting transportation platform comprises a platform end, supporting plates are arranged on the two sides of the platform end, the bottoms of the supporting plates are clamped to the side portions of the supporting frame through first rolling wheels and second rolling wheels, the side portions of the supporting plates are connected with the top frame at the top through steel wires, and the steel wires can make the lifting transportation platform move up and down along the supporting frame through lifting of a synchronous motor. The construction method has the advantages that the defect that semi-finished combined light steel structure products cannot be quickly produced in a conventional building factory, particularly a factory for a light steel structure, is overcome, and a centralized steel frame fixing mechanism is adopted as a core point of the whole factory, so that a foundation, ventilation, a transverse operation platform and a longitudinal operation platform are integrated; and further use can be realized without re-layout and re-design of a plant.
本发明公开一种多功能工厂厂房,包括多个钢架固定机构和与钢架固定机构顶部匹配的房顶板,其特征在于:所述钢架固定机构包括底部的基底,所述基底上竖直部设有支撑架,支撑架上部设有顶架;所述顶架上设有通风口,所述通风口与支撑架内的通风管道连接;所述支撑架侧部设有升降运输平台,所述升降运输平台底部设有风管,所述风管一端与升降运输平台底部的鼓风系统连接,另一段与支撑架中的出风口连接;所述风管为可伸缩结构,其与出风口采用可伸缩式方式的连接;所述升降运输平台包括平台端,所述平台端两侧设有支撑板,支撑板底部通过第一滚轮和第二滚轮夹紧在支撑架侧部,支撑板侧部与顶部的顶架通过钢丝连接,钢丝通过同步电机升降可以使得升降运输平台沿着支撑架实现上下移动。本发明的优点改变了以往建筑工厂,尤其是轻质钢材结构用工厂厂无法快速生产半成品的组合轻质钢结构产品的缺陷,采取中心化钢架固定机构作为整个厂房的核心点,使得地基、通风、横向和纵向操作平台集于一身,使得厂房无需再进行重新布局设计即可实现更进一步的使用。
