The invention discloses an adjustable light multifunctional industrial factory building system and a construction method thereof. The system comprises stand columns, track beams, tracks, crane beams,vertical supports and light roof trusses; each stand column comprises a steel pipe, a PVC pipe, bonding mortar and concrete; flange plates are connected to the bottoms of the steel pipes; the PVC pipes are inserted into the steel pipes; the bonding mortar is filled between the PVC pipes and the steel pipes; the PVC pipes are filled with the concrete; supporting plates are connected to the upper parts of the outer sides of the stand columns; the vertical supports are arranged on the supporting plates, and the heights of the vertical supports are adjustable; the light roof trusses are erected atthe tops of the transversely corresponding vertical supports; the track beams are arranged at the tops of the stand columns; the crane beams are lapped at the tops of the two track beams; walking devices are arranged on the two sides of the bottoms of the crane beams and the positions corresponding to the track beams; and the walking devices drive the crane beams to move along the tracks. The technical problems that a traditional industrial factory building stand column is poor in stability and compressive strength and cannot be recycled, the occupied space of a support structure and a rail structure is large, and operation is inconvenient are solved.
一种可调节轻型多功能工业厂房体系及其施工方法包括立柱、轨道梁、轨道、吊车梁、竖向支撑和轻型屋架；立柱包括钢管、PVC管、粘结砂浆和混凝土；钢管底部连有法兰盘；PVC管插在钢管内；粘结砂浆填在PVC管与钢管之间；混凝土填在PVC管中；立柱外侧上部连有托板；竖向支撑设在托板上，竖向支撑高度可调；轻型屋架搭设在横向对应的竖向支撑顶部；轨道梁设在立柱的顶部；吊车梁搭在两根轨道梁的顶部；吊车梁的底部两侧、对应轨道梁的位置处设有行走装置；行走装置带着吊车梁沿轨道移动。本发明解决了传统的工业厂房立柱的稳定性差、抗压强度差、不能循环利用、支架结构和轨道结构占用空间大以及操作不方便的技术问题。
