The invention provides a passenger door one-key opening system and a vehicle. The passenger door one-key opening system comprises a main gas circuit, a standby gas circuit, a main gas source and a driving gas pump, wherein the main gas source and the driving gas pump are in gas circuit connection with the main gas circuit and the standby gas circuit respectively; the standby air channel is provided with a standby air storage cylinder and a push-pull valve, the standby air outlet cylinder is controlled by the push-pull valve to be connected with the driving air pump through an air channel, and the driving air pump controls the state of a passenger door. All doors can be opened to the emergency width through the push-pull valve when the whole vehicle is powered off and powered off, operation is convenient, door opening is rapid, and the safety performance of the whole vehicle is greatly improved.
