The invention provides an energy-saving window, an energy-saving control method thereof and an intelligent building outer wall, the energy-saving window comprises a window frame and a window body, the window frame is used for being installed on the vertical face of the outer wall, the window body is installed on the window frame, and the window body can be opened or closed relative to the window frame; heat dissipation mechanisms are arranged in the two sides of the window frame in the width direction; the window body comprises a hollow glass shell, and a solar photovoltaic module is arranged in the hollow glass shell; two or more first heat conduction pipes are arranged on the two sides of the hollow glass shell in the width direction at intervals in the height direction of the hollow glass shell. One end of the first heat conduction pipe protrudes towards the interior of the hollow glass shell, and the other end of the first heat conduction pipe communicates with the heat dissipation mechanism. And the first heat conduction pipe is matched with the heat dissipation mechanism and is used for discharging heat generated by the solar photovoltaic module into a room or discharging the heat out of the room. According to the invention, the trend of heat generated by the solar photovoltaic module during working can be controlled, normal working of the solar photovoltaic module is ensured, and the purposes of energy conservation and emission reduction are achieved.
