The invention relates to the technical field of LED light emitting, in particular to an efficient heat dissipation energy-saving and environment-friendly LED street lamp which comprises a light emitting source, a lamp body, solar cell panels, a lamp pole, a water guide pipe and a water storage assembly, the lamp pole is sequentially provided with a plurality of solar cell panels distributed at equal intervals in a staggered mode from top to bottom, the lamp body is arranged on one side of the lamp pole, and the water guide pipe is arranged on the other side of the lamp pole. A light emitting source is installed in the lamp body, a water guide pipe extending in the length direction of the lamp pole is formed in the top of the lamp pole in a penetrating mode, and the bottom of the water guide pipe is connected with a water storage assembly pre-buried in the ground.
