Method for preparing calcium carbonate binder through CO2 activation
The invention relates to a method for preparing a calcium carbonate binder through CO2 activation, which comprises the following steps: adding sieved magnesium slag powder and water into a mixer according to a set water-slag ratio, uniformly mixing, adding an amine solvent, and stirring at a variable speed to obtain a homogeneous mixture; then pouring the homogeneous mixture into a mold, preparing paste modules, demolding after moisture curing, and pre-drying all the paste modules under natural conditions to obtain a green body module; putting the dried green body module into a carbonization device, and finally injecting carbon dioxide into the carbonization device for curing to obtain the required calcium carbonate binder. The method for preparing the calcium carbonate binder through CO2 activation, provided by the invention, is a self-adaptive and low-temperature method combining recycling and direct capturing, conversion and storage of carbon dioxide, and is helpful for promoting sustainable resource conversion.
本发明涉及一种CO2活化制备碳酸钙粘结剂的方法,包括以下步骤:首先将过筛处理后的镁渣粉和水按设定的水渣比加入混合器中混合均匀,再加入胺溶剂变速搅拌,得到均质混合物;然后将均质混合物浇筑入模具,制备膏体模块,湿固化后脱模,在自然条件下对所有膏体模块进行预干燥,得到坯体模块;将干燥后的坯体模块放入碳化装置,最后将二氧化碳注入装置内进行养护得到所需碳酸钙粘结剂。本发明所提出的CO2活化制备碳酸钙粘结剂的方法是一种结合回收利用和直接捕获、转化及存储二氧化碳的自适应、低温方法,有助于推进可持续资源转化。
