Stay cable installation method implemented by using cable-stayed hanging basket
The invention provides a stay cable installation method implemented by using a stay cable hanging basket, which comprises the following steps of: adjusting the position of the stay cable hanging basket, measuring and positioning the anchoring point position of a stay cable on the stay cable hanging basket, installing the stay cable, tensioning the stay cable for the first time, and installing the stay cable on the stay cable hanging basket; the installation position of a cable guide pipe is determined on the cable pulling hanging basket according to the position of the tensioned stay cable; mounting a cable guide pipe, and arranging a limiting mechanism at the opening of the cable guide pipe; mounting of steel bars and formworks is completed, beam section concrete is poured, and stayed cables are tensioned multiple times in a graded mode in the pouring process; after the strength of the concrete of the beam section meets the design requirement, the anchoring point of the stay cable is transferred to the poured beam section from the guy cable hanging basket, the stay cable is tensioned again, and stay cable installation of the current beam section is completed; and the steps are circulated until bridge construction is completed. The problem that the cable guide pipe is buried deeply and is difficult to adjust and position due to too much poured beam section concrete is solved, construction operation is convenient, and stress safety of the stay cable is guaranteed.
