The invention provides a sliding hanging basket for repairing and cleaning a stay cable sleeve of a cable-stayed bridge, belongs to the technical field of sliding hanging baskets, and aims to solve the problems of high mechanical cost investment and low working efficiency due to the fact that a tower crane needs to be rotated in a large range or the crane needs to be erected back and forth when existing hoisting equipment is matched with the hanging basket for repairing and cleaning. A main tower is arranged in the middle of the upper end face of the main beam, and six stay cables are connected between the front end face and the rear end face of the main tower and the upper end face of the main beam in a bilateral symmetry mode.
