The invention relates to the field of housing construction engineering, and discloses a reflective heat insulation type photovoltaic building facade which comprises a wall body, a frame arranged on the wall body, a photovoltaic module arranged on the frame and a heat insulation module arranged in the frame. The heat insulation assembly comprises a plurality of heat insulation pieces rotationally arranged in the frame and a driving source used for driving the heat insulation pieces to rotate. The heat insulation pieces are distributed at intervals in the vertical direction, the rotating directions of the vertically adjacent heat insulation pieces are opposite under the driving of the driving source, and when the lower ends of the heat insulation pieces rotate to abut against the adjacent lower heat insulation pieces, all the heat insulation pieces form a heat insulation layer in the frame; when the heat resisting pieces rotate to be separated from each other, a channel for heat to pass through is formed in the space between the adjacent heat resisting pieces. The heat utilization rate of the photovoltaic module can be improved.
