Piston type grouting sleeve suitable for precast concrete component and using method
The invention relates to the field of prefabricated buildings, in particular to a piston type grouting sleeve suitable for a concrete prefabricated component and a using method. The piston type grouting sleeve is arranged at the connecting end of the concrete prefabricated part and comprises a sleeve body arranged in the concrete prefabricated part, the first end of the sleeve body is connected with a first plug, the second end of the sleeve body is connected with a second plug, and a grouting hole and a grout outlet hole are formed in the sleeve body between the first plug and the second plug. The piston is installed in the sleeve and located on the side, close to the grouting hole, between the grouting hole and the grout outlet, and the grouting hole is located between the piston and the first plug. The first end of the connecting steel bar is connected with the piston, a through hole is formed in the middle of the second plug, and the second end of the connecting steel bar is inserted into the through hole of the second plug; and the first plug is connected with a stress connecting steel bar in the precast concrete component. A series of problems generated in the production, transportation and hoisting processes due to reserved exposed reinforcing steel bars are solved, and on-site cast-in-place wet operation is avoided.
