Reinforcing construction method for steel structure industrial factory building
The invention provides a reinforcing construction method for a steel structure industrial factory building, which comprises the following steps of: utilizing supporting columns of an original steel structure industrial factory building, installing a crane guide rail on the column top of the supporting columns which are longitudinally arranged along the span in a full-length manner and are arranged between truss distances, and fixing the crane guide rail in a butt joint manner to form a whole crane rail; a travelling crane end beam with a proper specification is mounted on the travelling crane guide rail; a material transportation point is set, and reinforcing materials used in factory building reinforcing construction are carried through the crane end beam and are translated and transported to a designated position; reinforcing construction can be synchronously carried out while the original steel structure industrial factory building is produced; in the reinforcing construction, the stand columns are reinforced by reinforcing prototype steel columns. The crane guide rails and the crane end beams are additionally arranged on the tops of the supporting columns of the original industrial factory building to transport reinforcing materials, and the problem that materials are difficult to transport due to the narrow internal space of the factory building is solved through the small space; and in addition, the influence on the lower part of the plant is small in the construction process, and plant production can be synchronously carried out.
本发明提供了一种钢结构工业厂房加固施工方法,利用原钢结构工业厂房的支承柱,在沿跨度纵向通长布置、每个榀距之间的所述支承柱柱顶上安装行车导轨,并将对接固定,形成整个行车轨道;在所述行车导轨上安装合适规格的行车端梁;并设立材料运输点,对厂房加固施工中使用到的加固材料通过所述行车端梁运载、平移运送到指定位置;在原钢结构工业厂房生产的同时可同步进行加固施工:加固施工中立柱加固通过对原型钢钢柱进行加固。本发明通过在原工业厂房支撑柱柱顶增加行车导轨及行车端梁运输加固材料,利用较小空间解决了厂房内部空间狭小导致的材料运输困难的问题;并且在施工过程中对厂房下方的影响小,可满足与厂房生产同步进行。
