The invention relates to a long-time-effect fireproof door leaf which is used in cooperation with a door frame, the door leaf comprises an outer wrapping layer and an inner core layer, the inner core layer is arranged in the outer wrapping layer, the outer wrapping layer wraps the inner core layer, an adaptive extrusion device is installed on the inner core layer, and the adaptive extrusion device stretches out of the outer wrapping layer towards the side edge of the door leaf after being heated to abut against the door frame; when the door leaf is closed, the door frame adaptively extrudes the door leaf; a plurality of heat dissipation cavities are formed in the inner core layer, each heat dissipation cavity communicates with a plurality of air blowing pipes leading to the outer side of the door leaf, a heat dissipation water bag assembly is installed in each heat dissipation cavity, and the heat dissipation water bag assemblies are damaged after being heated so that water can enter the heat dissipation cavities; the two ends of the reset device are installed on the door leaf and the door frame respectively, and smoke leakage can be avoided for a long time.
