Design method of sand pile composite foundation for open caisson construction
The invention relates to a design method of a sand pile composite foundation for open caisson construction. The method comprises the following steps: (a) dividing a height addition construction stage of the open caisson into a steel shell mounting and steel shell concrete pouring stage, a first height addition stage, a second height addition stage and a third height addition stage; (b) the open caisson weight and the construction load corresponding to each heightening stage are calculated; calculating the stress area of the bottom foundation of the open caisson; determining design parameters of a sand pile and design parameters of a cushion layer; the consolidation degree of foundation soil corresponding to each heightening stage is calculated; (c) according to the parameters obtained in the step (b), the pile top bearing capacity, the cushion top bearing capacity and the settlement amount corresponding to each heightening stage are calculated; and (d) carrying out a field load test, and determining that the pile top bearing capacity is qualified if the difference value between the measured value and the theoretical value of the pile top bearing capacity is less than or equal to 10%. The method saves the foundation reinforcement cost; the verification result is accurate, and the staged bearing capacity value and settlement value can be conveniently used for guiding construction.
本发明涉及一种用于沉井施工的砂桩复合地基的设计方法。该方法包括:(a)将所述沉井的接高施工阶段划分为:钢壳安装及钢壳混凝土浇筑阶段、第一次接高、第二次接高和第三次接高;(b)分别计算每个接高阶段对应的沉井重量和施工荷载;计算所述沉井底面地基的受力面积;确定砂桩的设计参数和垫层的设计参数;分别计算每个接高阶段对应的地基土的固结度;(c)根据步骤(b)获得的参数,分别计算每个接高阶段对应的桩顶承载力、垫层顶承载力和沉降量;(d)进行现场荷载试验,所述桩顶承载力的实测值与理论值的差值≤10%,确认合格。该方法节约地基加固成本;验证结果准确,分阶段的承载力值和沉降量值可方便用于指导施工。
