Open caisson foundation construction method
The invention discloses an open caisson foundation construction method which comprises the following steps: prefabricating a first section of open caisson, and placing the first section of open caisson at a wellhead position; digging out soil in a certain area on the inner side of the first section of the open caisson to form an annular groove, and injecting high-density stabilizing liquid into the annular groove to enable the first section of the open caisson to sink to a specified depth; splicing and heightening the open caisson by taking the first section of the open caisson as a foundation, digging out a soil body in a certain area on the inner side of the open caisson to continuously form an annular groove, and continuously injecting high-density stabilizing liquid into the annular groove until the open caisson reaches the designed depth; and primary bottom sealing is conducted on the bottom of the annular groove, soil on the inner side of the annular groove is excavated, and secondary bottom sealing is conducted on the bottom of the open caisson. According to the open caisson foundation construction method designed by the invention, the risk of soil/sand gushing of the open caisson is greatly reduced, and the influence of open caisson foundation construction on the surrounding environment is reduced. The side friction resistance of the open caisson foundation is reduced, and the sinking efficiency of the open caisson foundation is improved. The open caisson foundation is convenient to construct and stable in structure.
本发明公开了一种沉井基础施工方法,包括以下步骤:预制首节沉井,将首节沉井放置于井口位置;挖除首节沉井内侧一定区域土体形成环槽,向环槽内注入高密度稳定液,使首节沉井下沉至指定深度;以首节沉井为基础拼接接高沉井,挖除沉井内侧一定区域土体继续形成环槽,继续向环槽内注入高密度稳定液,直至沉井到达设计深度;对环槽底部进行进行第一次封底,开挖环槽内侧土体,对沉井底部进行第二次封底。本发明所设计的沉井基础施工方法大大减小了沉井涌土/砂的风险,降低了沉井基础施工对周边环境的影响。减少了沉井基础的侧摩阻力,提高了沉井基础的下沉效率。沉井基础施工方便,结构稳定。
