The invention belongs to the technical field of demolding equipment, and discloses a road and bridge construction concrete demolding device which comprises a first demolding block and supporting legs, the bottom of the first demolding block is fixedly connected with the supporting legs, and the two sides of an inner cavity of the first demolding block are movably connected with a demolding assembly and a third demolding block in a clamped mode correspondingly. The inner side walls of the demolding assembly and the third demolding block are in engaged connection with a movable assembly, and the bottom end of the movable assembly penetrates through the first demolding block and is fixedly connected with a rotating ring. Through cooperation of structures such as a demolding assembly and a third demolding block, the fastening effect on the inner wall of concrete and the demolding device is relieved, the subsequent demolding effect is facilitated, the outer surface of the demolding device enables one end of a rotating unit and one end of the third demolding block to synchronously turn inwards, and therefore the attaching and fastening effect on the inner wall of the concrete is relieved; and blocking of the inner wall of the concrete is relieved, and then the subsequent demolding effect on the concrete is facilitated.
