Auxiliary device for concrete demolding
The auxiliary device comprises a panel, forward coils, flyback coils, a bottom plate, a driving circuit, a controller and a power module, the forward coils and inertia sheets are pasted on the back face of the panel and distributed in a chessboard type array, the flyback coils are located on the bottom plate and distributed in a chessboard type array, the flyback coils correspond to the forward coils one to one, and the driving circuit is connected with the controller. An outgoing line of each unit in the array of the forward coil and the flyback coil is connected into a driving circuit and then connected into a controller, and the controller is electrically connected with a power supply module. By preventing the concrete from being bonded with the panel, the formwork removal resistance is reduced, the labor of workers is relieved, and the concrete surface is protected; harmful effects, such as low surface resilience value and the like, of an oily release agent on the concrete are avoided.
本发明涉及一种混凝土脱模的辅助装置,包括面板、正激线圈、反激线圈、底板、驱动电路、控制器、电源模组,所述正激线圈和惯性片粘贴在面板背面,成棋盘式阵列分布,所述反激线圈位于底板上,成棋盘状阵列分布,与正激线圈一一对应,所述正激线圈、反激线圈的阵列中的每个单元的出线接入驱动电路中,再接入控制器,所述控制器电连接电源模组。本发明通过防止混凝土与面板粘结,减低了拆模阻力,减轻人员劳动,保护混凝土表面;避免了特别是油性脱模剂对混凝土的有害效果,如表面回弹值偏低等。
