High-performance wind power grouting material and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to the field of building materials, in particular to a high-performance wind power grouting material and a preparation method thereof. Comprising the following raw materials: 120 to 170 parts of cement, 15 to 25 parts of limestone powder, 0 to 25 parts of fly ash, 15 to 25 parts of mineral powder, 20 to 25 parts of silica fume, 0 to 5 parts of glass beads, 200 to 300 parts of quartz sand, 2 to 8 parts of a polycarboxylic acid high-performance water reducing agent, 0.2 to 0.8 part of an antifoaming agent, 4.05 to 12.25 parts of a composite expanding agent, 0.05 to 0.15 part of cellulose ether, 0.1 to 0.3 part of rubber powder and 45 to 65 parts of water. The wind power grouting material disclosed by the invention has better working performance and higher strength, and the reasonable use of the composite expanding agent can enable the wind power grouting material to have more application scenes; and a large amount of admixture is reasonably matched and used, so that the wind power grouting material has good economic benefits, and can protect the environment and save resources.
