The invention discloses a micro-expansion high-strength offshore wind power grouting material and a preparation method thereof, the micro-expansion high-strength offshore wind power grouting material comprises superfine cement, fine aggregate, micro-nano powder, an expansion component, a microcapsule plastic expansion agent and a water reducing agent, and the microcapsule plastic expansion agent is composed of a calcium carbide core material and an organic silicon resin wall material; during preparation, the superfine cement, the fine aggregate, the micro-nano powder and the expansion component are mixed and stirred to prepare powder A, then the microcapsule plastic expanding agent and the water reducing agent are mixed and stirred to prepare powder B, and finally the powder A and the powder B are mixed and stirred to prepare the micro-expansion high-strength offshore wind power grouting material. The grouting material has the advantages of higher flowability, easiness in construction, ultrahigh strength, micro-expansion and no shrinkage in the later stage, and can be used for grouting of offshore wind power foundations.
