Fluid soil based on dredged sludge and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses fluid soil based on dredged sludge and a preparation method thereof. The fluid soil comprises the following raw materials: cement, quick lime, fly ash, dredged sludge and super absorbent resin. Wherein the cement accounts for 6%-10% of the mass of the dredged sludge, the fly ash accounts for 12%-20% of the mass of the dredged sludge, the quick lime accounts for 5%-10% of the mass of the dredged sludge, and the super absorbent resin accounts for 0.1%-2.5% of the mass of the dredged sludge; the water content of the dredged sludge is 2-3 times of the liquid limit water content; the preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) uniformly mixing the cement, the quick lime and the fly ash; (2) uniformly mixing the dredged sludge and the super absorbent resin; (3) adding the mixture obtained in the step (1) into the mixture obtained in the step (2), and uniformly stirring; according to the fluid soil, cement, quicklime, fly ash and super absorbent resin are directly doped into dredged sludge, and the dredged sludge is converted into fluid soil which is good in fluidity and good in strength after being cured and is used for foundation pit and roadbed filling.
