The invention discloses a preparation method of a high-purity Ti2SnC powdery ceramic material. Ti powder, Sn powder and C powder are subjected to ball milling to obtain evenly-mixed powder; putting the uniformly mixed powder into an ampoule bottle; putting the ampoule bottle into a muffle furnace, and reacting at the temperature of 1000-1100 DEG C; and cooling the reacted material to room temperature, washing with diluted hydrochloric acid for multiple times, and drying in a vacuum drying oven. The prepared Ti2SnC ceramic material is high in purity, free of TiC and Ti2C impurities, simple in preparation process and used reaction device, low in energy consumption and suitable for being used in laboratories, and the experimental purity requirement is met.
本发明公开一种高纯度Ti2SnC粉末状陶瓷材料的制备方法。将Ti粉、Sn粉和C粉,通过球磨得到混合均匀的粉末;混合均匀的粉末放入安瓿瓶中;将安瓿瓶放入马弗炉中,在1000℃~1100℃下反应;将反应后的材料冷却至室温后,用稀盐酸洗涤多次,然后放入真空干燥箱中进行干燥。本发明制备的Ti2SnC陶瓷材料纯度高,无TiC以及Ti2C杂质存在,制备过程和使用反应装置简单,能耗低,适合实验室使用,满足实验纯度要求。
