The invention belongs to the technical field of vibration and noise reduction, and particularly relates to a dynamic vibration absorption type damper which comprises a resonance structural part, at least one vibration absorption structural part and an elastic damping body used for filling a gap between a base plate and a resonance plate. The resonance structural member comprises a rigid supporting member, and a substrate and a resonance plate which are rigidly fixed on two sides of the rigid supporting member respectively; one end of the vibration absorption structural part is rigidly connected with the rigid supporting part to form a cantilever type structure, the rigidity and the mass of the vibration absorption structural part change in a gradient mode in the length direction of the vibration absorption structural part, and the part, with small rigidity and mass, of the vibration absorption structural part deforms more easily, so that the overall vibration absorption mass is increased; the problem that in the prior art, due to local deformation of a cantilever beam with the single rigidity design, the mass of participating in vibration absorption is insufficient is solved, the vibration absorption frequency band of the dynamic vibration absorption type damper is widened, and then the vibration reduction and noise reduction requirements of different track lines are met.
