Chain type vibration damper
The present invention relates to a chain-type trash remover which simplifies the configuration of a trash remover and reduces the weight of the trash remover. According to the present invention, the chain-type trash remover comprises a frame (A1) installed to be inclined to the front of both sides of a waterway, and chains (A2) mounted on both sides of the frame to rotate in a caterpillar track. The chain-type trash remover has, as one group: one or more connection links (10); a support link (20) having an upper portion linked to a lower portion of the connection links (10), having a support protrusion (21) on the rear side of a lower portion thereof, and having a rotation limiting protrusion (22) on the front of a lower portion thereof; and a rake link (30) having a rake unit (31) having a lower portion linked to a lower portion of the support link (20) and a lower portion protruding forward, and allowing a lower rake unit (31) to be rotated forward up to the rotation limiting protrusion (22) around a link unit (LK) on an upper portion. The groups are arranged at regular intervals along the link unit (LK) of the chains (A2), and the groups are arranged at regular intervals between both chains (A2) to rotate the entire groups with the chains (A2).
본 발명은 체인형 제진기에 관한 것이다.본 발명에 따른 체인형 제진기는 수로의 양측전방으로 경사지게 설치되는 프레임(A1), 상기 프레임의 양측에 장치되어 무한궤도로 회전하는 체인(A2)을 포함하는 제진기에 있어서, 상기 제진기에 하나 이상의 연결링크(10); 상기 연결링크(10)의 하부에 상부가 링크되고, 하부의 후측에 받침턱부(21)를 갖지며, 하부의 전방에 회동제한턱부(22)를 갖는 받침링크(20); 상기 받침링크(20)의 하부에 상부가 링크되고, 하부는 전방으로 돌출되는 갈퀴부(31)가 형성되며, 상부의 링크부(LK)를 중심으로 하여 회동제한턱부(22)까지 하부 갈퀴부(31)가 전방으로만 회동되게 하는 레이크링크(30);를 하나의 그룹으로 구성하고, 상기 그룹을 체인(A2)의 링크부(LK)를 따라 일정간격 배치하며, 상기 그룹을 양측 체인(A2) 사이에 일정간격 배치하여서, 체인(A2)과 함께 그룹 전체가 회전되게 하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
