Four fixing assemblies are annularly hinged to the outer side wall of the second supporting plate at equal angles, the lower ends of the inner side walls of the four fixing assemblies are all hinged to the interiors of the supporting assemblies, and four stabilizing assemblies are annularly hinged to the top of the second supporting plate at equal angles. Through cooperation of structures such as the stabilizing assembly and the moving plate, the upper end of the stabilizing plate moves outwards to make contact with the inner wall of the hole and is gradually inserted into the inner wall of the hole, at the moment, the four faces of the reinforcement cage extend outwards through cooperation of the structures, and then the stress area of the upper end of the device and the inner wall of the hole is increased.
