The invention provides a prestressed cast-in-situ bored pile and a construction method thereof.The prestressed cast-in-situ bored pile comprises an anchoring section and a free section which are distributed in the vertical direction, a first reinforcement cage is arranged in the anchoring section, a second reinforcement cage is arranged in the free section, the first reinforcement cage comprises a plurality of first load-bearing steel bars arranged in the vertical direction, and the second reinforcement cage comprises a plurality of second load-bearing steel bars arranged in the vertical direction; the first reinforcement cage comprises a plurality of first load-bearing steel bars which are vertically arranged, the second reinforcement cage comprises a plurality of second load-bearing steel bars which are vertically arranged, the first load-bearing steel bars and the second load-bearing steel bars are in one-to-one correspondence and are connected through connectors, the first load-bearing steel bars are bonded finely-bound twisted steel bars with prestress, and the second load-bearing steel bars are unbonded finely-bound twisted steel bars with prestress. According to the cast-in-place pile, the bonded finish-rolled twisted steel with prestress is adopted on the anchoring section of the cast-in-place pile, the unbonded finish-rolled twisted steel with prestress is adopted on the free section of the cast-in-place pile, cracks of the pile body can be effectively controlled, meanwhile, the advantage of high strength of the finish-rolled twisted steel can be fully played, the steel consumption is reduced, and the durability of the pile body is improved.
本发明提供了一种预应力钻孔灌注桩及其施工方法,预应力钻孔灌注桩包括沿竖向分布的锚固段及自由段,锚固段内设置有第一钢筋笼,自由段内设置有第二钢筋笼,第一钢筋笼包括若干沿竖向设置的第一受力钢筋,第二钢筋笼包括若干沿竖向设置的第二受力钢筋,第一受力钢筋与第二受力钢筋一一对应并通过连接器连接,其中,第一受力钢筋为施加有预应力的有粘结精扎螺纹钢筋,第二受力钢筋为施加有预应力的无粘结精扎螺纹钢筋。通过分别在灌注桩的锚固段采用施加有预应力的有粘结精扎螺纹钢筋以及自由段采用施加有预应力的无粘结精扎螺纹钢筋,不仅能够有效控制桩身裂缝,同时还能充分发挥精轧螺纹钢筋高强度的优势,减少钢材用量,提高桩身的耐久性。
