Retard-bonded prestressed uplift pile construction structure and construction method thereof
The retard-bonded prestressed uplift pile construction structure comprises a pile foundation hole, reinforcement cages and retard-bonded steel strands, a plurality of sections of reinforcement cages which are vertically aligned and fixedly welded are arranged in the pile foundation hole from bottom to top, and besides the reinforcement cage at the top end, the retard-bonded steel strands are arranged in the pile foundation hole. Slow-bonding steel strands are anchored on the inner circumferential surfaces of the odd-numbered sections of reinforcement cages arranged from bottom to top; during construction, when the odd-numbered sections of reinforcement cages and the even-numbered sections of reinforcement cages are welded, the retard-bonded steel strands in the odd-numbered sections of reinforcement cages stretch out to the outer circumferential faces of the connected even-numbered sections of reinforcement cages along the tops of the odd-numbered sections of reinforcement cages, and before the top reinforcement cage is welded, all the retard-bonded steel strands are converged and stretch into the top reinforcement cage; and finally, concrete is poured into the pile foundation hole, the tensile force required by the design is achieved by tensioning the slow-bonding steel strands after solidification, and then the uplift pile is formed, the overall construction mode is simple and efficient, the uplift capacity is high, the structure is stable, and cracking is not prone to occurring.
本发明涉及一种缓粘结预应力抗拔桩施工结构及其施工方法,其包括桩基孔、钢筋笼、缓粘结钢绞线,桩基孔内由底部至顶部排列设有呈竖向对齐并焊接固定的若干段钢筋笼,且除顶端的钢筋笼外,由底部至顶部排列的奇数段钢筋笼内周面均锚固设有缓粘结钢绞线;施工时,当奇数段钢筋笼与偶数段钢筋笼焊接时,将奇数段钢筋笼内的缓粘结钢绞线均沿各自顶部伸出至所连接偶数段钢筋笼的外周面,并焊接顶部钢筋笼前,将所有缓粘结钢绞线汇聚后伸入顶部钢筋笼内,并从顶部钢筋笼伸出桩基孔呈中心对称分布,最后桩基孔内浇筑混凝土,固化后通过张拉缓粘结钢绞线达到设计要求张拉力,即形成该抗拔桩,整体施工方式较为简单、高效,抗拔能力强,结构稳定不易开裂。
