The invention discloses a rope saw cutting device for cutting a reinforced concrete pile in a soft soil foundation. The rope saw cutting device comprises a connecting structure used for being connected with a construction machine, and at least one lifting oil cylinder for controlling a rope saw driving wheel driving motor to ascend and descend is arranged in an upper sleeve; the lower sleeve is used for sleeving a reinforced concrete pile needing to be cut, and two rope saw driven wheel sets are arranged on the inner wall, as high as the cutting position of the reinforced concrete pile, of the lower sleeve. The rope saw is wound around the reinforced concrete pile at the cutting position, and one transverse-to-vertical rope saw driven wheel set, the rope saw driving wheel and the other vertical-to-transverse rope saw driven wheel set form an annular cutting rope saw; the bottom end of the lower sleeve is provided with at least one annular water spraying pipe, the annular water spraying pipe is provided with a plurality of water spraying openings which are annularly arranged and used for washing soil to enable the lower sleeve to sink, and the lower sleeve and the upper sleeve are provided with at least one water conveying pipe communicated with the annular water spraying pipe and the high-pressure water pump. The wire saw cutting device is relatively simple in structure and relatively few in construction steps.
