The invention provides a preparation positioning device and a construction method for installing a butt-joint rectangular hollow pile through the preparation positioning device. The construction method comprises the following steps that (1) the positioning device is prepared; (2) the upper rectangular hollow part is hoisted to the position above the lower rectangular hollow pile through a hoisting device, and the suspended upper rectangular hollow part is clamped into a positioning device; (3) an operator uses a positioning device to move the upper rectangular hollow pile to be precisely positioned on the lower rectangular hollow pile; and (4) an operator operates a positioning device to stabilize the accurately-positioned upper rectangular hollow pile, and a hoisting device lowers the upper rectangular hollow pile onto the lower rectangular hollow pile. The invention has the advantages of simple manufacturing, simple operation steps and accurate butt joint. The positioning device is used for installing and butting the rectangular hollow piles, the personal safety problem of constructors is avoided, and the construction efficiency and the engineering quality are improved.
本发明提供了制备定位装置及利用其安装对接矩形空心桩的施工方法，包括以下步骤：步骤1）制备定位装置；步骤2）吊装装置将上矩形空心装吊至下矩形空心桩上方，将悬挂的上矩形空心装卡入定位装置内；步骤3）操作人员使用定位装置移动上矩形空心桩精准定位到下矩形空心装上面；步骤4）操作人员操作定位装置是精准定位的上矩形空心桩稳定，吊装装置将上矩形空心桩下放到下矩形空心桩上。本发明具有制作简单，操作步骤简单，对接精准。利用定位装置安装对接矩形空心桩避免发生施工人员人身安全问题，提高了施工效率和工程质量。
