Grouting mechanism based on cast-in-place pile post-grouting
The grouting mechanism comprises a grouting device, a valve set and a lateral grouting auxiliary device, the grouting device comprises a slurry stirring machine, a slurry storage tank and a grouting machine, the grouting machine is connected with the valve set, the bottom of the valve set is connected with a grouting pipe, the grouting pipe is pre-arranged in a pile foundation hole, and a reinforcement cage is arranged on the outer side of the grouting pipe; the side of the grouting pipe is connected with a lateral grouting head, the lateral grouting head penetrates through a gap of the reinforcement cage to extend into a soil layer on the side of a pile foundation hole, the valve set is composed of a one-way valve, an overflow valve, a stop valve, a connector and a connecting pipe, and a pressure maintaining structure is arranged on the inner side of the top of the grouting pipe. The defects that a grouting opening is prone to being blocked, the grouting effect is unstable, and the grouting cost is high in an existing cast-in-place pile post-grouting process are overcome, the grouting success rate is greatly increased, the grouting cost is reduced, the unplugging fault-tolerant rate is increased, and the overall grouting efficiency and the grouting effect are improved.
本发明公开了一种基于灌注桩后注浆的注浆机构,包括注浆装置、阀组和侧向注浆辅助装置,注浆装置包括搅浆机、储浆罐和注浆机,注浆机连接阀组,阀组底部连接有注浆管,注浆管预设在桩基孔中,外侧设有钢筋笼,注浆管边侧连接有侧方注浆头,侧方注浆头穿过钢筋笼空隙伸入桩基孔侧方土层内,阀组由单向阀、溢流阀、截止阀、连接器和连接管组成,注浆管顶部内侧设有保压结构,本发明结合现有灌注桩后注浆工艺优点,改善注浆机构和施工工艺,解决了现有灌注桩后注浆工艺注浆口易堵塞、注浆效果不稳定、注浆成本高等缺点,极大增强了注浆成功率,降低了注浆成本,提高了开塞容错率,提高了注浆整体效率和注浆效果。
