Cast-in-place pile single grouting pipe and combined type post-grouting method
The invention discloses a cast-in-place pile single grouting pipe and a composite grouting method, and belongs to the technical field of pile foundation engineering construction. The cast-in-place pile single grouting pipe comprises a body (4) and a grouting hole packer, a pile bottom grouting valve (8) is arranged at the lower end of the body (4), and side grouting holes are formed in the side wall of the body (4) at intervals. The grouting hole packer is arranged in the body (4) and comprises an inner core grouting pipe (2), a rubber expansion pipe (5) and a one-way pressure valve (7). The grouting method comprises the steps that a, the single grouting pipe of the cast-in-place pile is arranged in the reinforcement cage; b, the inner core grouting pipe (2) is connected with a high-pressure grouting pump, and grouting is conducted on the pile bottom; c, after completion, the grouting pressure is reduced, and the grouting hole packer is lifted to the position above the side grouting hole; d, pressurizing is continued, and the grouting hole packer works again; and e, repeating the steps c and d. And by adopting the single grouting pipe, the material cost is saved, and the construction speed is also increased. The problems that grouting of the pile bottom and the pile side can be achieved only through a plurality of grouting pipes, and the construction cost is high are solved.
本发明公开了一种灌注桩单注浆管及复合式注浆方法,属于桩基工程施工技术领域。灌注桩单注浆管包括本体(4)和注浆封孔器,本体(4)下端设有桩底注浆阀(8)、侧壁上间隔设有侧注浆孔;注浆封孔器置于本体(4)内,注浆封孔器包括内芯注浆管(2)、橡胶膨胀管(5)和单向压力阀(7)。注浆方法包括步骤:a、将灌注桩单注浆管置于钢筋笼内;b、将内芯注浆管(2)与高压注浆泵连接,对桩底注浆;c、完成后,降低注浆压力,提升注浆封孔器至侧注浆孔上方;d、继续加压,注浆封孔器再次工作;e、重复步骤c和d。采用单根注浆管节约了材料成本,也提升了施工速度。解决了需要多根注浆管才能实现桩底和桩侧的注浆,施工造价高的问题。
